![]() I have tried using software to rebind num1 to normal 1 key which worked well, but had the unwanted side effect of also moving my punctiation keys ("!" etc). As you can see, remapping those to the numpad keys would mean that I wouldn't have any functionality of the arrow keys or delete key etc on my keyboard at all! So firstly, my keyboard doesn't have a standard layout - it looks like this keyboard. For reasons I am about to explain, I can't simply remap home/end/pgup/pgdn on mu numpad to num1, num2 etc. By default in Windows, pressing Shift will disable num lock regardless of the num lock state - so, "Shift + num 8" would actually register as "Home" instead of what I actually want. I'm looking to create a script which would remove the shift + numpad key modifier. Hi! This will be my first post here so please accept my apologies if I seem like a bit of a noob!
